Amen

Basic;
Eighteen, cocky, and a little on the arrogant side at times, Amen is still a kid at heart. But he has morals, boundaries, and manners even if he doesn't look and sound like it. He 's 5'8", tall for how thin he seems, but quick on his feet. Blood red spiky hair is something that stands out easily along with his piercing greenish blue eyes. He doesn't like being impolite unless someone gives him a reason to, which is often frequently, thus his sharp tongue and rough language. His heritage is that of German and Japanese, which is a confusing mix which still baffles even him to this day, since he's fluent in German, Japanese and English.

Past;
Not much is known about his past exactly. He grew up in a run-down brothel where his mother was a prostitute, whoever his father was he knew not, nor does he give two shits about him to this day. Sadly his mother was shot dead by one of their 'customers' one night on his thirteenth birthday, leaving Amen to watch the whole thing while he
could do absolutely nothing to help her. Did he try? Of course he did. The man, however, left him alive after "beating some sense into him" and knocking him out - the next morning he woke up to the entire brothel completely trashed, everyone (except himself of course) murdered in the process.

Amen slowly grew angrier because of such hatred yet had nowhere to go, so his motorbike 'gang' took him to their shop (a run-down, really crappy place with barely any customers) and let him live there for a while. Soon Amen found out his mechanic skills could be put to good use to get money, and got paid here and there for a little jobs. He
found himself pretty useful and eventually his pride rose up once more, feeling ready to move on again, yet swore to find whoever killed off his 'family' one day.

Though when he turned fourteen he had a head-on collision with another motorbike on accident, getting injured pretty badly and left for dead. Gun, however, finds him and brings Amen back to the shop he works/lives in and patches him up and allows him to stay there for a while until he's better and can actually get up out of bed. The two,
at first, don't exactly hate each other but don't like each other either - more like put up with one another. Though they soon become friends and all is well in the land of the lower level (to be bullshitting you, of course <3).

When he turned fifteen Amen thought it would be a good idea to try and sneak up to the top level, snooping around as he got past guards and such pretty easily, and got caught by one of the Turks [Reno, maybe? Must talk with the muns again, yes!] though put up a good fight/struggled enough, thus being taken to ShinRa because they saw potential. And to this day Amen works with them, though goes back to the lower level as much as he can to talk with Gun.

Others

Gun;
He was basically the one to save his life and get him back on his feet after the motorcycle accident that occured when he was fourteen years of age. The man looked after him even though at first they snarked and silently bitched at one another, finding it a game to play after they got to know one another. Amen looks up to Gun like a father figure he never had, or an older brother of sorts, feeling the need to protect him since he's been protected by Gun since he was a teen. The two get along pretty well and share stuff with one another, especially beer and information.

Isolde [Playable character A];
She's the one person Amen doesn't mind being snappy with quickly. It was from the start that he didn't like the way she was for reasons unknown, and visa versa coming from Isolde. The two never got along well despite them having to work together on certain missions, and all Amen cared about was to get a rise out of her when he could in a childish sort of way.

Damon [Playable character D];
He and Amen get along pretty well. The guy is really nice, so Amen doesn't see a reason to not be nice back to him. Plus he always thought of him as sort of a parental figure, what with always telling him parental-like stuff, which amuses and kind of comforts Amen in a way since he doesn't have parents to do that sort of stuff for him. He also liked the leech off of Damon at times food-wise, knowing the guy would do it if he asked. But he respects him to the fullest, and enjoys his company.

Elena;
Amen and Elena have a sort of strange relationship. The red head seems to enjoy her company and respect her out of all the other female Turks. He refers to her constantly as 'Elena-sempai' in which he knows she tries to ignore but Amen doesn't really know why. The two get along pretty well and can chat easily even if Elena isn't much of a talker to being with. Doesn't stop Amen of course from yammering away to her whenever he can. He really, in the end, looks up to her and has a deep respect for her.

Tseng;
'Friendship-wise', well, these two don't have much going for them. Then again Amen has a deep respect for the other man, always saying 'sir' or 'boss' or 'director' - saluting to Tseng comes naturally as well. He wants to act normal in front of Tseng but has a hard time not being professional. Probably because the respect issues go through the roof, therefore he doesn't see why he should treat him like the other Turks [even though he refers to almost everyone, save Isolde, as 'sempai'].
